We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Amazon Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in promoting our products and maximizing traffic to our Amazon storefront. In this role, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing the PPC marketing campaigns and SEO strategies for some of our top clients within the Amazon platform. You will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, as you will be client-facing and will be expected to develop, report on, and effectively communicate the full-funnel marketing philosophy to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Client Service Managers to develop and implement comprehensive paid search and SEO strategies for the clients.
- Take an active role in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to enhance their effectiveness, expand reach, and drive conversions.
- Evaluate and analyze the success of marketing efforts across various channels, providing valuable insights into what worked well, what didn't, and actionable areas for improvement.
- Compile and analyze client reports and data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, presenting findings and recommendations in a meaningful and understandable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Amazon marketing, both within Vendor and Seller central.
- Continuously strive for improvement in key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), advertising cost of sales (ACoS), and conversion rate.
- Delegate optimization priorities to the marketing coordinator, ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned and executed.
- Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations for quarterly and annual budget planning, aligning campaign tactics with client goals and objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in the Amazon seller central online account management, maintaining a high level of seller performance for good account health.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including .csv & .txt files, filtering, conditional formatting, macros, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage product reviews and feedback.
- Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Exhibit initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership.
- Passion for eCommerce and ongoing learning with a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
